For the warranty periods outlined below, Safety Light Me warrants to the original end-user purchaser that its products will be free of material or manufacturer defects.
1 Year Warranty
Under normal use, Safety Light Me warrants this product to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase. Except for batteries and bulbs, this warranty covers all of the product's component parts. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, modification, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repair. Products that are defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced by Safety Light Me.
NO INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY. (Because some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the limitations or exclusions set forth above may not apply to you.) This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
Because Safety Light Me cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Safety Light Me or an authorized seller in the United States of America. Safety Light Me reserves the right to deny warranty claims made by customers who purchased products from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or excessive use, accidental damage, product alteration or modification, or neglect, negligence, or improper care. This limited warranty also does not cover:
- Fading colors, logos, and markings due to use
- Cuts, burns, abrasions, or tears
- Product that has been modified or altered by a person or an entity other than Safety Light Me

In its sole discretion, Safety Light Me will replace a defective Product covered by this limited warranty. For any claim, Safety Light Me requires proof of purchase and may require photographs of the Product at issue.
In some cases, we require the defective product to be returned to us as part of the warranty process. Shipping to Safety Light Me will be at the end user's expense in these cases, but return shipping will be covered by Safety Light Me. Safety Light Me reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the cause of damage and to resolve each warranty claim.
There are no warranties that go beyond what is stated here. Any implied warranties applicable to the products, such as implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
In cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the limited warranty, Safety Light Me reserves the right to deny claims at its discretion. Please print this webpage if you want a physical copy of this Limited Warranty.

If a product fails to meet its performance, manufacturing, or design specifications, it is considered defective.
Is My Replacement Product Warranted?
A replacement item does not result in a new Warranty Period. Replacement products are provided to ensure product satisfaction for the remainder of the original product's warranty period.
Will My Product Be Replaced Or Repaired?
Your product will be replaced by Safety Light Me. Products that are no longer available or have been discontinued will be replaced with the closest equivalent.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Item Replaced?
Depending on shipping times and whether or not we ask you to return the item to qualify for replacement, a typical replacement will arrive within 2-3 weeks.
