1.Orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, with all attachments intact and included. Remember that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order to Safety Light Me. Thank you very much.
2. If you got your order and it arrived damaged, you must notify Safety Light Me within 3 business days of the delivery date stated on the tracking number to receive a replacement or a full refund. This rule applies to orders placed as gifts as well. We urge that all consumers verify the packaging of each item for any visible damage before distributing it to friends or relatives. Any returns made after the three-day period that have evident damage to the packing or products will be refused.
